MRS. ALEJANDRA LAPEYRE CASTRO 

FOUNDER & CEO

Alejandra Lapeyre Castro brings over fifteen years of professional experience in construction, property administration, and international operations across Mexico and the United States, with a career trajectory marked by consistent advancement and expanding responsibilities.

Her professional journey began at Venttra Verteilungen in Mexico, where she rapidly progressed from Sales Representative to Manager of the Sales Department within six months, followed by a fifteen-year tenure at Grupo Heralfa from 2003 to 2018, during which she managed construction projects, remodeling initiatives, and real estate property administration.

Between 2018 and 2019, Alejandra served as Accommodation Officer at the British Embassy in Mexico, managing property administration and customer service operations, before relocating to San Antonio, Texas, where she most recently held the position of Operations Manager at Chain & Chain Construction LLC, implementing company-wide processes, formulating strategic initiatives, overseeing procurement, and ensuring regulatory compliance in the U.S. construction market. 

Alejandra holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Trade from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico and Business Leadership from the Baptist University of the Americas in San Antonio, complemented by multiple certifications in fire and workplace safety that inform her approach to construction workforce development.

 

EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS

Alejandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership from Baptist University of the Americas in San Antonio, which she earned in 2023. Prior to that, she completed an ESL Program at the same institution. In 2019, she obtained two professional certifications from Highfield Qualifications: Fire Safety (Level 2) and Health and Safety in the Workplace (Level 2). Her educational foundation began with a B.A. in International Trade from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico in 2001, which is equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's Degree in International Trade. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in an International Exchange Program in International Negotiations at the Norwegian School of Management BI/NMH.
